Client/Customer Service Representative


Full-time Client Service Representative


Schedule:  Monday - Friday

Department Hours:  8:00am – 5:05pm



-     Answer incoming telephone calls

-     Assist clients via telephone and in person

-     Conduct on-site client visits as needed

-     Assist Pathologists as needed

-     Fulfill client requests as needed

-     Resolve specimen deficiencies

-     Order, monitor, and Track cases sent for consult and testing

-     Client Education

-     Strict adherence to all HIPAA regulations

-      Other duties as assigned


High school diploma or equivalent required.


The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, good keyboard skills, experience with Microsoft office programs & answering a multi-line phone system.  Good organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality & dependability and the ability to work with little to no supervision required.  The ideal candidate must be able to comfortably & successfully interact with clients in person & by phone.
